Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Training/Experience:
A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited institution in the field of business, management, Human Resources, or law. The ability to read and write English proficient and to the ability to perform mathematical calculations at a level required for successful job performance; plus, a minimum of six (6) years of a combination of training and experience of progressively responsible clerical, administrative, secretarial, public education and/or technical experience, in the field of human resources, which has provided the applicant with the required knowledge and abilities to successfully perform job duties. A four (4) year degree or higher from an accredited institution in the field of Human Resources, business or management is preferred and would meet the minimum experience qualification.
