Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities described in this section comprise are fundamental to success in this position.
- Assists with the user login credential processes for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Assists with thecompany’s current information systems hardware and software while assessing future needs.
- Acts as a trusted advisor with company departments to identify and recommend technology needs.
- Assists with training employees in the use of new/existing hardware and software.
- Assists various departments with new technology and new software rollouts.
- Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements.
- Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
- Works,thinks,and delivers results for the company as an IT Asset Management practitioner.
- May manage other projects as requested by the Director of IT.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to work with local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors, etc.
- Working knowledge of various office productivity software programs, such as Microsoft Office products and communication hardware/software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Established track record of resourcefulness.
- Ability to train employees with a training mindset.
- Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written mediums,with individuals across the leadership spectrum.
Minimum Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees,certifications,knowledge,skill,and/or ability required of this position.
- Bachelor’sdegree or its equivalent preferred.
- 4+years’ experience in Microsoft Windows Server systemadministration, includingActiveDirectory, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008, and Windows 2012.
- 2+years’ experience in Microsoft Exchange Server system administration.
- 2+years’experience in VMware,VDI,vSphere in medium to large sized businesses.
- 1+years’experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services system administration.
- Experience installing/configuring servers,back-up servers,printers,and domain controllers.
- Knowledge of CDK DMS is considered a plus.
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
