Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with recruitment activities and candidate coordination
- Help prepare and maintain HR documents and materials
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment Team
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Participate in employee engagement and HR-related projects
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to be in person
Location: Onsite (Homewood, IL)
Pay range: $15
Weekly hours: 15-20 hours in between 9am-4pm Monday through Friday
