At ABC Pathways, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism and other behavior disorders. Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate coordination
• Help prepare and maintain HR documents and materials
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment Team
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Participate in employee engagement and HR-related projects

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to be in person 

Location: Onsite (Homewood, IL)

Pay range: $15

Weekly hours: 15-20 hours in between 9am-4pm Monday through Friday

Employment Type:

Internship – Part-Time 

(3–6 months, with possibility of extension)
