YOU DAY AS OUR ADMISSIONS RECRUITER

As the Admissions Recruiter at your cosmetology school, your day begins with reviewing your CRM system, where you systematically capture, organize, and manage leads. You prepare for the upcoming presentations, networking events, and activities, ensuring your materials are engaging and informative. Throughout the day, you make follow-up calls, send emails, and interact on social media, nurturing relationships with prospective students. During high-energy campus tours and screening interviews, you passionately share the empowering world of cosmetology, while also advising applicants on financial solutions with the Financial Aid Team. Your personal marketing efforts shine as you leverage various online channels to attract and connect with future beauty professionals, making sure all application paperwork is completed in a timely manner. By day's end, you've inspired countless individuals and helped them take the first step toward their dream careers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS RECRUITING ROLE

• Proven sales ability in a consultative, mentoring model
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume e-level admissions
• Proactive, positive, energetic go-getter with a passion for promoting our school's offer
• Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively
• 2+ years of previous experience in business-to-consumer sales (preferred)
