Job Description:
A leading international company in the advanced manufacturing sector is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee the key functions of the HR department. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives such as talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, organizational development, compliance, and employee relations.

The selected professional will play a critical role in ensuring the organization continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, with a focus on managerial, professional, and technical positions.

  • Implement talent strategies aligned with the organization’s current and future needs (retention, succession, and development).

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs; propose competitive improvements.

  • Develop and coordinate training and internal development initiatives to strengthen employee growth.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing company policies and practices.

  • Manage sensitive HR processes such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers, leaders, and HR staff on complex and specialized cases.

  • Stay current on trends, best practices, regulations, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and labor law.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 5 to 8 years of proven HR management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Leadership, decision-making, and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or talent management platforms.
