Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with a tech-savvy approach, routing them to the right departments.
- Perform client intake using digital systems, ensuring timely notification of arrivals.
- Enhance database integrity by entering patient information accurately.
- Support the volunteer coordinator in managing tech-integrated volunteer systems.
- Adopt agile methodologies for appointment scheduling and cash handling procedures.
- Optimize clinic lobby operations through efficient opening and closing procedures.
- Leverage data-driven insights to process lab results as directed by the Practice Manager.
- Engage in the Performance Improvement Program with a focus on continuous enhancement.
- Cultivate a professional, responsible, and courteous environment using modern communication tools.
- Champion respect and regard for all patients, families, and team members.
- Collaborate proactively to achieve departmental objectives in an agile setting.
- Participate in mandatory safety training programs, maintaining high standards of practice.
- Adhere to Legacy’s exposure control plans and universal precautions meticulously.
- Engage in continuous learning through annual education programs, fostering growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent essential for foundational skills.
- Exceptional, articulate phone communication skills to revolutionize first impressions.
- Proficiency in multitasking, managing numerous calls or patients concurrently.
- Data-entry skills with precision and speed, utilizing advanced computer systems.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with multi-line phone systems advantageous.
- Basic mathematical, alphabetical, or numerical filing skills to support innovative solutions.
- Capability to manage multiple deadlines and make informed decisions swiftly.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred to enhance community impact and accessibility.
- Physical agility to frequently sit and occasionally stand or walk, lift up to 25 pounds.
