Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required with some college credit preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in a credit card and consumer loan collection environment.
• Prior experience in locating members (customers), collateral, and/or other assets through the use of various skip tracing tools.
• Knowledge of all rules and regulations relating to the process of repossession and liquidation of repossessed collateral. 
• Two years’ experience in an office environment, preferably in a financial institution.
• Two years’ experience in a repossession department.
