Description
- Develop and optimize the supply chain for spare parts, ensuring timely availability for end customers.
- Maintain and manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate deliveries, invoices, and stock levels.
- Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce data into the ERP system, maintaining accurate financial, stock, and revenue records.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to strengthen our competitive market position.
- Prepare and manage commercial offers to drive business growth.
- Analyze pricing and proposals to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Oversee order management and delivery tracking, ensuring seamless operations between suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and improve key commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage customer concerns, incidents, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with HSQE regulations.
- Keep safety notice boards updated and relevant.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate tracking of inbound and outbound inventory.
- Proactively identify and resolve stock-related issues.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to streamline logistics operations.
- Coordinate maintenance and inspection of heavy lifting equipment.
- Safely manage loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Understanding of spare parts across renewable energy technologies (Wind, Solar, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Gmao, MyApps, and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluency in English (required); Spanish (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Logistics expertise.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Previous experience with forklifts or heavy plant equipment is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales and/or purchasing roles.
- Track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
- Previous warehouse experience, including goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Understanding of UK and international logistics processes.
- Professional qualifications in Engineering, Technical, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in sales, procurement, or logistics are highly valued.
