About you and the role
As a Product Designer at PartnerStack, you’ll help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform that’s changing how the world sells software. You’ll work end-to-end on user journeys that directly impact our customers’ success, while also evolving the design system that underpins our entire product experience.
You’ll collaborate daily with design leadership, engineers, and product managers in an agile environment — exploring ideas, validating them quickly, and shipping experiences that drive growth and unlock new value for our users.

What you’ll do
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flow design, high-fidelity UI, developer hand-off, and iteration based on feedback and data
- Frame user needs using both qualitative and quantitative research, translating insights into clear design opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality features efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to and expand our design system, balancing consistency with creativity to evolve our product experience
- Facilitate and participate in workshops, co-design sessions, and critiques that bring stakeholders into the design process
- Experiment with modern design and AI-powered tools to prototype rapidly, validate ideas, and push design workflows forward
- Document and share best practices, guidelines, and standards that raise the bar for product design across the company

- Enjoy working with autonomy — from concept to delivery, while actively seeking feedback from teammates and users
- Are comfortable tackling ambiguous problems, breaking them down into clear and actionable projects
- Love collaborating with other designers and cross-functional partners, and you bring strong communication skills to help others understand user needs and design rationale
- See a design system as both a toolbox and a playground: you know when to respect patterns and when to extend them
- Value feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement of both your own craft and the team’s
