Within Believe’s Platform Engineering department, you will be part of the QA Core team, which designs, develops, and maintains the internal Quality as a Service (QaaS) platform.
This platform brings together several products and services to ensure the quality of the software developed at Believe.

Our mission: make software quality accessible and measurable, while simplifying the daily work of tech teams.

💡Your Role

As a Senior Automation QA, you will actively contribute to the development of the QaaS platform, working closely with the entire QA team as well as cross-functional and engineering teams.

During your mission, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain several key QA projects, such as:

• Automated testing solutions (currently based on Cypress, Python/Pytest, and K6)

• Quality metrics reporting (test status, quality KPIs, code quality, …)

• A realistic test data management tool, used for both manual and automated testing

• A mock server, supporting various types of automated tests

• Contribution to improving company-wide quality guidelines

This role is for you if you are curious, autonomous, and looking for a technically challenging position.

You recognize yourself in some or all of the following:

• Technical skills: Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, K6, Docker.

• Strong commitment to software quality: you master different testing practices (integration, API, performance, end-to-end, …), you design and maintain robust and scalable automation solutions, and you are constantly attentive to improving code and development processes.

• Team spirit: you enjoy collaborating, sharing, and contributing to collective success.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn: you are motivated by exploring new technologies or new topics.

• Proactivity: you don’t hesitate to suggest ideas or get involved in subjects that interest you.

• Analytical mindset: you know how to take a step back, ask questions when something seems unclear or improvable, and dig into the “why.”

• Communication skills: you can ask for help, share your progress, and explain your choices, both in writing and orally.
