Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator  

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, project coordination, and interview scheduling.  This person will communicate directly with our candidates via phone, video, and in-person and must provide a positive experience for all candidates. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Schedule all interviews for the recruiting team 
  • Support recruitment team with posting, auditing, organizing and updating openings 
  • Create interview itineraries as needed 
  • Assist in team special projects  
  • Assist in creating spreadsheets and inputting recruitment related data 
  • Manage administrative recruitment duties within the candidate recruitment cycle 
  • Position Requirements   
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Coordination 
  • Preferred 1+ years Physician Recruitment coordination experience 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Ability to think and problem solve 
  • Excellent customer service to candidates and colleagues 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Detail oriented with self-directed attitude
