As part of an internal project with a global client in the food industry, we are seeking a Senior Application Developer – OneStream to join our growing North America operations team.
Role Overview
The Senior Application Developer – OneStream will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting the OneStream platform, ensuring alignment with financial processes, enterprise architecture, and compliance standards. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong experience in OneStream, .NET, and finance applications, with the ability to collaborate across Finance and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support technical aspects of the OneStream platform including integrations, automation, and performance optimization.
Lead release planning, environment management, and change control processes.
Design and maintain business rules, workflows, and data models within OneStream.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of OneStream with enterprise systems.
Investigate and resolve complex technical and system issues with minimal supervision.
Contribute to FP&A strategy, architecture, and compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience (5+ preferred).
Strong development skills in .NET / C#.
Experience with finance applications and interest in financial processes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar FP&A / consolidation tools.
Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting.
Experience with VB.NET and/or C# for business rule development.
Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and enterprise integration.
