As part of an internal project with a global client in the food industry, we are seeking a Senior Application Developer – OneStream to join our growing North America operations team.

Role Overview

The Senior Application Developer – OneStream will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting the OneStream platform, ensuring alignment with financial processes, enterprise architecture, and compliance standards. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong experience in OneStream, .NET, and finance applications, with the ability to collaborate across Finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support technical aspects of the OneStream platform including integrations, automation, and performance optimization.

• Lead release planning, environment management, and change control processes.

• Design and maintain business rules, workflows, and data models within OneStream.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure seamless integration of OneStream with enterprise systems.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical and system issues with minimal supervision.

• Contribute to FP&A strategy, architecture, and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience (5+ preferred).

• Strong development skills in .NET / C#.

• Experience with finance applications and interest in financial processes.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar FP&A / consolidation tools.

• Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting.

• Experience with VB.NET and/or C# for business rule development.

• Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and enterprise integration.
