We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support our growing retail business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandise planning and allocation, with a passion for product, trend, and optimizing inventory to drive sales across store locations.
The Inventory Analyst will play a key role in executing merchandise strategies — ensuring the right product gets to the right stores at the right time. This includes analyzing sales and stock data, managing inventory flow, supporting new launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Buying, Marketing & Store Operations. The Inventory Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining allocation models, adjusting strategies based on trends, and supporting key business decisions through data-driven insights.
To be considered, you should have experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You should be passionate about retail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position based in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
- Plan and allocate initial allocations through Store/ Product Volume Ranking Indexes, Allocation Plan analysis, and initial allocation plan.
- Allocate, monitor and manage post-game replenishment based on analysis of store performance, trend and product performance, and promotional, event, visual and marketing needs.
- Allocate and manage basic replenishment based on models and stock balancing ensuring store in-stock position. Assist with trigger model orders for basic/core product (Like Jerseys).
- Establish thresholds required for model stock by location—by style and size.
- Work closely with Store Ops/ Warehouse to collaborate and execute allocation strategies, understand and incorporate Retail strategies (Visual, Product, Marketing, Promotional) ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Analyze and update size profiles by store by product category that are integrated into allocations both initial and replenishment.
- Develop and provide appropriate ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to influence buys and assortment strategies.
- Develop thorough knowledge of store level performance, variances, trends and attributes (store and product) through extensive data analysis and communication with the field and applying knowledge to allocation strategies.
- Responsible for weekly business recaps, identifying opportunities for improvement in Sales & Stock.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Allocation preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Extremely detail oriented and strong communication skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills—Processing large data sets
- Proficient in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, xlookup, sumifs)
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.

Compensation
- The range for this position is $70,000- $80,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt.
