The Dental Network Recruiter will make outbound (warm and cold) phone calls, some face-to-face recruitment, attending national conferences, and building rapport with existing and new dental providers will be the recruiter’s primary methods of growing the network. This opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with a base hourly rate plus a generous commission structure, with unlimited commission potential. The position will work 9-hour shifts Monday through Thursday and a 4-hour morning shift on Friday.
Earned commissions are paid twice per month on the 15th and last day of the month on top of an hourly wage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell dentists our unique discount and PPO network options
- Meet required new provider contract metrics monthly
- Provider leads are given in the form of Member/Agent Requests, Client Requests, and through a competitor database. Recruiters can also do their own prospecting.
- Craft unique proposals to assist with on boarding large Dental Service Organizations.
- Recruiting a dental office or Dental Service Organization from start to finish which includes initial outreach, follow ups, negotiating, closing, and contracting.
- Work special recruitment projects which require individual and/or teamwork alongside your day-to-day recruitment job responsibilities
- Assist in department projects and perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Meeting and exceeding sales metrics
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a free form sales environment.
- Self-confidence
- Ability to develop strong product and market knowledge to assist in sales production.
- Ability to follow through on all offered proposals with strong closing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone manner and ability to build customer rapport.
- Minimum travel to Dental Conferences and in some cases face to face sales in hard recruitment areas.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- This position requires regular, predictable attendance and the ability to adhere to all Careington’s work rules, policies, and procedures.
Education, Experience and Software
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with metric driven sales
- Prefer at least one year in high-volume outbound sales call environment.
- Dental and/or medical recruiting a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
