We’ll look to you for:
- Performing RAM analyses in line with applicable processes and customer requirements
- Delivering high-quality RAM analyses that meet QCD work package commitments
- Addressing customer and independent party comments to secure approval of RAM deliverables
- Assessing the RAM performance of products and identifying necessary requirements to meet targets
- Applying Alstom’s engineering rules and processes, particularly those related to RAMS activities
- Proactively challenging RAM data to enhance the quality and consistency of studies
- Reporting progress and raising alerts in case of challenges
- Developing a deep understanding of Alstom products to assess and improve performance
- Fostering a product-oriented mindset to capitalize on study results for future improvements
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or a related engineering field
- Experience in rolling stock engineering/validation or RAMS analysis methods and tools (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of RAM principles and performance assessment
- Familiarity with technical documentation and engineering processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Work with cutting-edge standards for rail reliability and safety
