This role is an opportunity to work in the Private Infrastructure investment team based in Mumbai. The team focuses on "core-plus" and value-add infrastructure investments across decarbonization, digital and social infrastructure.
As a part of this internship, you will support the team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of investments and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modelling and valuations
- Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee papers
- Transaction due diligence workstreams, (incl. financial, commercial, legal, tax)
- Various tasks relating to monitoring investments, portfolio management, market research and marketing efforts
We are looking for a candidate to join the team in October 2025 for a full-time 6-month internship. Application will close on 19 September 2025.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree from a leading education institution or a Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in investing in the Indian infrastructure space
- Previous internship experience(s) in investment banking, private equity, or another buy-side role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with financial modelling and valuations
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives while remaining detail-oriented
