All about the role
As a Working Student, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our team in the execution and optimization of data-driven customer engagement programs. Your role is focused on helping to foster customer loyalty and engagement with the Skip app. You will also play a key role in supporting the growth of Skip+, our newly launched membership program, by assisting with various campaign initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns aligned with Skip’s marketing strategy.
Support the implementation, monitoring, testing, optimization, and experimentation of offers, such as discounting vouchers and rewards points offers, to achieve specific goals.
Work with cross-functional teams, including eCRM, Product, and Restaurant Marketing, to help execute testing plan and evergreen program components.
Work closely with the Marketing team, to support program reporting.
