What are your contributions to the team?
In your role you:
• Support Customer, Customer Pilots and Maintenance crews with regards to initial aircraft specification and definition from Aircraft interior to Avionics.
• Interact with CAM’s , Designers , Product Planning , Sales & Marketing and Completions Business Unit by providing and acquiring information on options specification and Green CL3500/650 model aircraft.
• Provide technical interface between above groups and engineering to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Field questions for sales support by providing technical data, pictures, vendor documentation and occasionally partaking in plant tours and mock-up visits.
• Develop/Maintain Interior Options Workbook and Visual Catalogues to ensure all illustrations and information presented to the customer represents the true aircraft configuration.
How to thrive in this role?
Technical Expertise
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of the Business Aircraft market segment and the optional equipment/interior selections available.
• Applicant must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and concepts and be able to translate this information into simple, concise usable information for internal and external customers.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs necessary.
• Possess an Engineering degree or DEC with 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
Communication
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Must be able to convey ideas and concepts both verbally and visually.
• Able to interface effectively with all levels of management, customers and team members.
• Must be fluent in English, French and possible third language.
Attributes
• Must be able to accumulate inputs from multiple sources and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects with dynamic due dates.
• Actively engages in optimizing processes and workflow to ensure solutions and contributes effectively to resolving technical and creative issues.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a group and under very little supervision.
• Share ideas for future research and development projects.
