GHG Corporation is currently searching for a Manifest Integrator. This position supports the Cargo Mission Contract's Mission Planning team within the Cargo Processing Department by performing manifest integration consisting of assessments, implementation, and auditing across NASA's ISS and Artemis Programs. The Manifest Integrator will also support planning and operations in the areas of on-orbit waste management, stowage, and consumables. The tasks of the Integrator ensure that constraints, requirements, planning, and operations are integrated within mission manifests and on-orbit planning. The Cargo Manifest Integrator ensures that mission objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints, supporting successful cargo delivery to orbit and back to ground, as well as successful on-orbit operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review the CMC flight specific schedule milestones. Identify and resolve issues or challenges to meeting milestones by communicating with the internal team.
- Validate hardware data submitted via manifest database. Review and identify inaccurate or discrepant hardware data provided, and communicate with data and hardware owners to resolve discrepancies.
- Review and coordinate flight assignments for submitted part data, accounting for hardware delivery dates and packed mass/volume constraints.
- Partner solutions with NASA to mitigate cargo oversubscriptions and other manifest issues.
- Perform/verify reconciliation of post-flight data to actuals for launch and return.
- Implement waste disposal, on-orbit stowage, and consumables plans through manifesting process.
- Identify issues and off-nominal requests pertaining to hardware requirements and delivery to CMC, and utilize prior experiences, standard procedures, and basic analysis to resolve issues. Resolution often entails communication with internal and external organizations and customers.
- Communicate with internal resources across various CMC teams, including physical integration, cargo integration, stowage integration, safety, sustaining engineering, and software development to ensure that milestones, requirements, and product deliveries are met.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Detail oriented
- Experience resolving complex and multi-dimensional problems
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with NASA processes and software applications
- Familiarity with handling flight hardware
- Project Management knowledge and/or experience
