QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, staff relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is preferred.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
