Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Must be able to perform all duties of the Service Technician position; including but not limited to, collecting water, oil and gas samples; basic SWD water quality testing; deliver chemical in drums and pails; deliver chemical tank and containments; record and set chemical rates; update individual field service report; record inventory levels; complete lab request forms; place chemical orders; tank and pump hookup; completing electronic field recaps.

- Hookup Chemical Injection
- Communicate with Customer PIC for field
- Collect Water, Oil, and Gas Samples
- Deliver Chemical in Drums and Pails
- Deliver Chemical Tank and Containments
- Record and Set Chemical Rates
- Update Field Service Report
- Record Inventory Levels
- Place Chemical Orders
- Perform Field Water Analysis and interpret data
- Perform Field Solids Solubility Test
- Perform Emulsion Breaker Testing
- Perform Product Compatibility Testing
- Professionally interact with customer base
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task – Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.
- Communication skills – Reads, writes and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style and vocabulary. Correctly spells commonly used English words and job specific terms. Demonstrates exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Uses presence and command skills to influence without authority and partner with a diverse group of associates.
- Organizational ability – Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments. Is very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order.

- Computer skills – Comfortably and confidently uses a computer and specialized software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Business Objects, SRC, and Oracle. Capable of quickly researching, extracting data and presenting insightful and actionable information to leadership.

Education and Experience:
- Computer experience
- Basic experience writing and submitting proposals
- Customer service experience; must interact well with customers
- Advanced operator experience is required
