We are growing fast! This position will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for hiring the best and the brightest to complement CapCenter’s rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CapCenter leaders to identify, assess and hire top talent. We move fast; you must be able to keep up with our pace! 
  • Source and build candidate slates and talent pipelines to achieve hiring goals. Demonstrate ability to match candidate and hiring managers with high offer-to-interview ratios.  
  • Understand the recruitment funnel and be able to identify and overcome challenges. Transform demand forecasts into recruiting plans to expand business capacity. 
  • Incorporate recruitment best practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Onsite 5 days a week at our beautiful headquarters in Richmond, Virginia (Innsbrook)

Qualifications
The Talent Acquisition Consultant demonstrates initiative, uncompromised integrity, a results-oriented mindset in addition to the following:

  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
  • Experience working with key stakeholders, leadership and cross functional teams
  • Drive for self-development and a creative problem solver
  • Successful track record of designing and optimizing recruitment strategy to impact business results
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS (we use ADP)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP
