You’ll bring leadership guiding the operation of a household’s day-to-day activities as well as new and changing projects and requests.This executive currently resides in the Los Angeles area and will be relocating to Franklin/Nashville, TN in summer 2026. The Executive Estate Manager will play a key role in supporting this transition and will be asked to relocate in Spring 2026 prior to the executive’s arrival. Generous relocation benefits are included.General ResponsibilitiesHousehold Oversight: Manage household operations for family home in the Los Angeles area (and later Nashville), including supervising staff, hiring as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Calendar Management: Orchestrate all aspects of the executives’ personal and family schedules (children’s activities, social events, family travel, and professional commitments).Events & Activities: Plan and manage a wide range of family and social activities as well as business gatherings, and household meetings.Travel Coordination: Partner with the Executive Events Manager to arrange domestic and international travel for the executive and family.Family Support: Serve as the go-to person for personal errands, requests, and projects, whether large or small.Flexibility: Provide hands-on support and pivot quickly as needs change, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.Work Schedule & BenefitsFull-time, Exempt positionSalary Range: $107,000 – $160,000, plus bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the household office, with flexibility for evenings and weekendsCompany car provided: Anticipated 15–20% of time dedicated to errands.Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans, and Pet InsuranceRelocation benefits for the Nashville move in 2026 (home-finding trip, moving expenses, potential down payment assistance, etc.)RequirementsHighly sought after is In-N-Out Leadership experience in operations or support role. Experience supporting, executives and their families’ schedules and activities is desired or equivalent to INO Leadership experience.
