You’ll bring leadership guiding the operation of a household’s day-to-day activities as well as new and changing projects and requests.This executive currently resides in the Los Angeles area and will be relocating to Franklin/Nashville, TN in summer 2026. The Executive Estate Manager will play a key role in supporting this transition and will be asked to relocate in Spring 2026 prior to the executive’s arrival. Generous relocation benefits are included.General ResponsibilitiesHousehold Oversight: Manage household operations for  family home in the Los Angeles area (and later Nashville), including supervising staff, hiring as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Calendar Management: Orchestrate all aspects of the executives’ personal and family schedules (children’s activities, social events, family travel, and professional commitments).Events & Activities: Plan and manage a wide range of family and social activities as well as business gatherings, and household meetings.Travel Coordination: Partner with the Executive Events Manager to arrange domestic and international travel for the executive and family.Family Support: Serve as the go-to person for personal errands, requests, and projects, whether large or small.Flexibility: Provide hands-on support and pivot quickly as needs change, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.Work Schedule & BenefitsFull-time, Exempt positionSalary Range: $107,000 – $160,000, plus bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the household office, with flexibility for evenings and weekendsCompany car provided: Anticipated 15–20% of time dedicated to errands.Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans, and Pet InsuranceRelocation benefits for the Nashville move in 2026 (home-finding trip, moving expenses, potential down payment assistance, etc.)RequirementsHighly sought after is In-N-Out Leadership experience in operations or support role. Experience supporting, executives and their families’ schedules and activities is desired or equivalent to INO Leadership experience. Proven adaptability, comfortable managing unpredictability, spur of the moment requests and evolving priorities with poise and professionalism.Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and project management skills, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic oversight and hands-on support, including the ability to anticipate needs and requests.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in email, Word, and calendar tools.Absolute discretion and professionalism.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and respond to after-hours requests as needed.ABOUT In-N-Out BurgerIn-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
