Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of releases for a primary flagship title and several supporting products, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals, quality standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define clear project goals, success criteria, and key milestones, translating them into actionable production plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and partners, coordinating asset sourcing, approvals, and deliverable reviews.
- Provide timely, clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and changing priorities, ensuring all teams remain informed and aligned.
- Lead resource allocation, task estimation, and scheduling across projects, balancing workload to meet multiple concurrent release deadlines.
- Maintain and monitor live operations calendars for all titles, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and responsiveness to live-ops opportunities or issues.
- Proactively identify dependencies, conflicts, and risks; implement mitigation strategies; and escalate critical issues before they impact delivery.
- Champion and implement workflow, pipeline, and documentation improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the production team and company at large.
- Facilitate communication between design, art, development, marketing, and QA to ensure seamless production flow and issue resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of production experience within the mobile games industry, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt processes to the needs of the studio.
- Deep knowledge of F2P mobile game design, monetization strategies, and live operations best practices.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of producers or other production staff.
- Skilled in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of improving workflows, pipelines, and cross-team communication.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, making effective decisions under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Passionate about mobile games and delivering engaging, high-quality player experiences.
