We’re looking for an experienced and driven Marketer who thrive in a goal-oriented environment, enjoy connecting with homeowners, and can work independently to achieve outstanding results.
Our Direct Marketers start at $22 per hour and can earn $35+ per hour with generous bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Flexible scheduling may be available after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period and maintaining good standing.
Responsibilities
Drive Community Outreach: Knock on doors in assigned territories to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.
Purpose-Driven Interaction: Share how our products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty.
Scheduling Consultations: Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations.
Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.
Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.
Qualifications
Experience: Two or more years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role. Canvassing or lead generation strongly preferred.
Reliable Transportation: Must have your own vehicle for travel between neighborhoods (mileage reimbursed after 20 miles from your home base; lodging provided when needed).
Work Ethic and Autonomy: Accountable, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving with a high degree of independence.
Communication: Confident and approachable with excellent verbal skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.
