At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, we help homeowners transform their living spaces into energy-efficient, beautiful homes they love. We’re seeking an experienced Appointment Setter who are motivated by clear goals, excel at connecting with homeowners, and can work independently to grow their assigned territory. 


Our Direct Marketers start at $22 per hour and can earn $35+ per hour with generous bonuses.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Flexible scheduling may be available after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period and maintaining good standing. 


  • Responsibilities
  • Territory Activation: Connect with homeowners to introduce our home improvement solutions.
  • Set High-Quality Appointments: Schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.
  • Promote Products: Explain how our solutions improve comfort, efficiency, and beauty.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.


  • Qualifications
  • Experience: Two or more years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role; Canvassing or lead generation strongly preferred.
  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel (mileage reimbursed; lodging provided when needed).
  • Work Ethic and Autonomy: Accountable, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving with a high degree of independence.
  • Communication: Confident, personable and persuasive.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


  • Physical Requirements
  • Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
  • Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.
