JRAD is seeking candidates for a contingent hire position supporting the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-8. This is an onsite position at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

Description:

JRAD is recruiting a Senior Analyst - Full Dimension Protection (FDB) to support the Army G-8 in multiple divisions. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for placement in one of several specialized roles based on your background and expertise. This position is contingent upon contract award. Regular CONUS/OCONUS travel is required.

Full Dimension Protection (FDB): Assured Mobility and Force Protection Support. Requirements: Tactical and operational experience with the following types of equipment: Engineer (tactical bridging, construction, mines/munitions, counter-explosive hazard, support constructions, command and control, sets/kits/outfits), Military Police (MP), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN).

Responsibilities:

  • Support capability requirements validation through AROC/JROC
  • Develop investment strategies and program documentation
  • Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment
  • Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry
  • Support Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Feasibility Review (FFR), and Army Equipping and Modernization Conference (AEMC) processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years Force Development experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
  • Domain expertise in relevant portfolio area
  • Familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes

Certifications Desired:

  • Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or C
  • Must complete within 6 months: How the Army Runs (HTAR), Action Officer Integration Course (AOIC), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) courses

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Army databases (Army Equipping Enterprise System Modern [AE2S-M], Capabilities and Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC) Management System [CAMS], Cloud Equipping [cQUIP], etc.)
  • Microsoft Office suite expertise
  • Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), and AROC processes

Security Clearance:

  • DoD Secret
