Summary/Objective
As a Client Services Technician, you will provide a wide range of user guidance and first level support by assisting with incident resolution and service delivery while providing first class customer service in a demanding Enterprise level environment.

- Hands on support of client devices, including PCs, laptops tablets, printers, and local area networking
- Support of required business software, including Microsoft Office365, Windows 10, and eClinicalWorks
- Utilize ITIL based ticketing system to assist in service delivery
- Promoting effective use of technology
- Working to eliminate recurring problems
- Watching for trends that indicate potential problems
Promoting a professional Information Technology Department image - Keeping peers and end users informed of trends, significant problems, unexpected delays and anything new in the environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will need to be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Travel
This position is expected to travel to our corporate office and our care centers located primarily throughout Northern New Jersey Region. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Required Education and Experience
- 3+ years experience with client user and device support
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Education and Experience
- Industry certification, such as A+ or MCP
Requirements
In addition to the indicated Essential Functions, Competencies and required education listed within the job description, qualifying applicants to this position must live in the northern New Jersey region due to the travel requirements of this position.
Ideal candidates would live North of Princeton New Jersey and be comfortable with traveling north of New York City within the state of New Jersey regularly.
