About the role
As our new Lead Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the development and delivery of our ‘TrackR’ business application, providing technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to the development team.
Through leading and mentoring the development team, you’ll play a pivotal role driving Scrum meetings, removing bottlenecks and optimising team productivity.
The successful candidate will drive solution architecture, code standards, and facilitate scrum ceremonies. Operating within the "Build" domain of the COBIT 5 framework, this position is accountable for key Build, Acquire, and Implement (BAI) processes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Must have 5+ years technical experience primarily with .Net
Demonstrated hands on experience successfully working as a Scrum Master, or formal training as a Scrum Master
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor team members in a calm and collaborative manner
Established ability to resolve conflict in and enabling manner and deescalate high pressure situations
Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in computer science, IT, or related fields. (highly desirable)
Proven technical experience with Typescript and/or Angular (highly desirable)
Remuneration for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
