Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior office or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Assist with general office tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Support various departments with clerical needs as assigned
• Maintain office supplies and organization of workspaces
• Prepare and distribute internal documents and communications
• Other duties as assigned to support office operations
