Position Overview & Purpose
The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for optimizing, building, reporting, and advising on HubSpot. This position will also be responsible for system access and other related tasks. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·         Manage roles, system access and licenses
·         Serve as the frontline resource for all users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
·         Develop and distribute process, workflow, and training documentation; train new users
·         Monitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
·         Assist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales processes
·         Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing and clean up
·         Workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes
·         Data reporting as requested
·         Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications & Competencies
 
·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         Minimum 2-3 years of HubSpot, development/administration experience
·         Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
·         Strong data management and organizational skills
·         Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Self-motivated and dependable
·         Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 
·         Ability to communicate objectives with clarity and completeness
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·         Strong attention to detail; understands the importance of data integrity
·         Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple requests at once
·         Self-motivated and independent, takes initiative and follows through to task completion
·         Effective customer service skills that build trust; ability to adjust style and presentation based on customer
·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to review and synthesize data and then summarize into high-level (exec) overview
