The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution. An Assignment and scope will vary based on the account opportunities, area of focus, and candidate background. The Campaign Specialist working autonomously, regularly exercising independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision is responsible for ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. Incumbent may be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and/or areas of focus and may provide day-to-day client relationship management. The incumbent autonomously provides answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by clients as well as internal partners, establishes, and maintains good relationships with all concerned parties and may identify process improvement opportunities for Vestcom with all groups and departments within the scope of responsibility.
► Key Areas of Responsibility
This role is responsible for managing one or more client accounts and or other areas of focus and will own and independently manage all assigned duties. Provides administrative support to Direct Manager, Group Director, and Sales Operations Manager as needed. Works closely with Vestcom's sales owners, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery and production teams across all Vestcom solutions and client deliverables.
Builds relationships with process owners across all functional areas between client and Vestcom.
Communicates effectively, plans, organizes and manages multiple projects in a timely manner.
Manages project timelines to completion with internal and external cross functional team members; establishes and communicates clear and realistic expectations. Ensure all deliverables follow the correct process and are error-free.
Evaluates and independently determines when to escalate concerns and provides recommended resolutions to Senior Sales Support & Sales Operations management in a timely manner.
Uses independent decision-making to determine, identify and research inefficiencies and inaccuracies in business processes and provides recommendations and best practices to both client and Vestcom.
Measures performance against process requirements, service level agreements and/or quality goals.
Oversees and provides direction and guidance on status updates of projects and accomplishments.
Communicates with CPG client and retail locations as needed to ensure effective and efficient tag processing.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders on campaign-related changes needed for the client's system.
Communicates (both verbally and in writing) in a clear, effective and professional manner at all times with all client and Vestcom cross functional partners.
Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
Demonstrates ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain perspective in high stress situations and take full accountability for actions.
Commits to learning from mistakes, owning outcomes, and continuously improving through reflection and feedback.
► Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent related business experience and/or training is required in lieu of a degree. Previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus. Preferred 2-3 years related business experience.
Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be able to participate and effectively present information to clients, employees, and management
Be able to work independently, effectively problem solve and exhibit strong analytical skills
Possess a high service level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Be well-organized and able to perform duties with minimal supervision as this position will be remote
Ability to show proficiency in the following computer applications: Google Suite, MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous CRM experience is a plus.

Additional Information:The salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000 year.
