Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator. This role combines executive support, project coordination, and part-time HR responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a “go-to” person, supporting leadership, and gaining exposure to business operations and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for executives.
  • Assist with travel planning, expense reports, and document preparation.
  • Help with board, client, and team communications.
  • Take notes, track follow-ups, and ensure action items are completed.
     
     

Operations / Project Coordination

  • Support small projects and initiatives by tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Work across teams to keep processes organized and running smoothly.
  • Identify ways to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
     
     

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and initial screening.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
     
     

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive administration, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office) and open to learning new systems.
  • Discreet with sensitive information and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Interest in growing into operations, HR, or project management.
  • Hybrid work model combining in-office days in Columbus with remote work flexibility.
