Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator. This role combines executive support, project coordination, and part-time HR responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a “go-to” person, supporting leadership, and gaining exposure to business operations and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for executives.
- Assist with travel planning, expense reports, and document preparation.
- Help with board, client, and team communications.
- Take notes, track follow-ups, and ensure action items are completed.
Operations / Project Coordination
- Support small projects and initiatives by tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Work across teams to keep processes organized and running smoothly.
- Identify ways to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and initial screening.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in executive administration, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office) and open to learning new systems.
- Discreet with sensitive information and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Interest in growing into operations, HR, or project management.
- Hybrid work model combining in-office days in Columbus with remote work flexibility.
