Security National Mortgage Company is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our direct-to-consumer team. As a Customer Service Representative , you will work with leads provided by the company and make outbound calls to clients to talk with or set appointments with licensed Loan Officers. A bilingual candidate who speaks Spanish is preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6pm and Saturday as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with provided leads to answer client questions and get them connected to a Loan Officer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s mortgage products and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, or in a mortgage-related role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15/hour plus bonus. OTE $50,000-75,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on a computer
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
