Security National Mortgage Company is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our direct-to-consumer team. As a Customer Service Representative , you will work with leads provided by the company and make outbound calls to clients to talk with or set appointments with licensed Loan Officers. A bilingual candidate who speaks Spanish is preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6pm and Saturday as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with provided leads to answer client questions and get them connected to a Loan Officer.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s mortgage products and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, or in a mortgage-related role.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15/hour plus bonus. OTE $50,000-75,000 per year.

Requirements:
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on a computer
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
