The Role

You’ll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes our clients and their pets—you know, the one who turns a trip to the vet into a great experience. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll:
  • Greet pets and humans with warmth, establishing trust from the first hello
  • Manage front desk duties: phones, emails, appointment control, and payment processing
  • Keep things smooth when the unexpected happens—calm, efficient, and caring
  • Be a key part of an empathic, problem-solving team that places pets and clients first

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years in a veterinary or human medical front-desk role (preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
  • A natural communicator who connects with people—and their pets
  • Organized, adaptable, and cool under pressure (bonus points if you smile while multi-tasking)
  • A team-player with a positive, patient, and professional vibe
