The Role
- Greet pets and humans with warmth, establishing trust from the first hello
- Manage front desk duties: phones, emails, appointment control, and payment processing
- Keep things smooth when the unexpected happens—calm, efficient, and caring
- Be a key part of an empathic, problem-solving team that places pets and clients first
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in a veterinary or human medical front-desk role (preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
- A natural communicator who connects with people—and their pets
- Organized, adaptable, and cool under pressure (bonus points if you smile while multi-tasking)
- A team-player with a positive, patient, and professional vibe
