Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal management to analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and map new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process improvement strategies.
- Implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting as needed.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established processes and KPI’s.
- Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and identify trends.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency.
- Perform and support inspections and testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in process management methodologies.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Basic understanding of database navigation and querying
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and optimization
- Ability to develop process flows and work instructions.
- Ability to author reports, business correspondence and instructions.
- Ability to present information to managers, clients, suppliers, peers, and employees.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
