POSITION: King of Pops Store Lead
- REPORTS TO: Company Owned Stores GM
- STATUS: Full time
- DIRECT REPORTS: 6-12 (seasonally)
- COMPENSATION: $18/hr plus tips

Summary:
As a Store Lead, you will fill a key leadership role within our company. You will skillfully oversee the day-to-day operations of your bar. This is measured by department revenue and profit while maintaining company standards for quality assurance, asset protection, team member satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations.
Principal Job Functions:
- Commits to the purpose, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates KOP core values.
- Responsible for training, developing, engaging with, and evaluating the team.
- Keep equipment in good working order through ongoing maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Place Orders and be accountable for receiving orders.
- Make sure the bar is clean and passing all health requirements.
- Be “on-call” to cover shifts in case of emergencies or call-outs.
- Complete weekly inventory.
- Submit staff schedule two weeks in advance.
- Ensures compliance with human resource policies and procedures by staff.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service, operations, and sales.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including weekends and holidays.
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

- This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with both stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing on feet serving pops and drinks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
