This includes knowledge of Automation, Data, DevOps, CI/CD, and other relevant quality engineering frameworks. 2) Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights. The candidate should be skilled in conducting assessments, evaluating processes, and synthesizing findings to identify areas for improvement. 3) Effective Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Guiding cross-functional teams - internal and client - like Performance, AI, TDM etc. - and driving change initiatives.
