This includes knowledge of Automation, Data, DevOps, CI/CD, and other relevant quality engineering frameworks. 2) Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights. The candidate should be skilled in conducting assessments, evaluating processes, and synthesizing findings to identify areas for improvement. 3) Effective Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Guiding cross-functional teams - internal and client - like Performance, AI, TDM etc. - and driving change initiatives. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 4) Deep Understanding in Solution architecture for AWS cloud providerJob Description:> Responsible for overseeing, managing and implementing the different transformation initiatives. > Understand the existing technology landscape and quality engineering practices.> Work with different CoE tracks and Identify transformation levers for cross-functional practices - Automation / Data / AI / Performance / DevOps - Continuous Testing / Cyber Security / Accessibility.> Enable Shift+Left quality engineering practices across the board.> Implement a unified automation framework catering to Web, Mobile, API and C3E devices.> Align our approach and strategy to Cubic technology modernization efforts.> Experience in aligning QE offerings to AWS cloud> Understand the "Product -> Project" landscape and provide recommendations for achieving maximum reusability from QE efforts.
