High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years of current experience as a commercial and residential flooring installer and general knowledge specific to facilities maintenance.
Or equal, 2 years of trade school and 3 years of current experience as a commercial and residential flooring installer.
Strong knowledge of industry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
Experience working in multiple structural trades (roofing, painting, carpentry, masonry, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
Computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Valid PA Driver’s License in good standing.
OSHA 10-Hour Training for Construction & General Industry.
Asbestos Awareness Training
Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students.
