This full-time role focuses primarily on the installation, repair, and maintenance of various flooring systems across our campus, which includes both residential and commercial facilities. The hourly rate is %2431.45 (plus any applicable shift differential). Work schedule: Monday %26ndash; Friday full-time flex shift - Any combination of the shift times listed below on a weekly basis.   • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of current experience as a commercial and residential flooring installer and general knowledge specific to facilities maintenance.
  • Or equal, 2 years of trade school and 3 years of current experience as a commercial and residential flooring installer. 
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Experience working in multiple structural trades (roofing, painting, carpentry, masonry, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Valid PA Driver’s License in good standing. 
  • OSHA 10-Hour Training for Construction & General Industry.
  • Asbestos Awareness Training 
  • Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students.
  • Candidates should be willing to actively engage with students.
