Personal Care Assistant / Educational Paraprofessional at Sourcewell

The Little Falls Community School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant / Educational Paraprofessional (PCA/EP) at the Little Falls Community High School. This role requires working 6.5 hours per day throughout the school year, with compensation based on the MSEA Contract at Pay Grade Level 3, which includes sick leave, benefits, and vacation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective student management skills, supervise students during unscheduled times, and foster positive communication with the public.

Candidates must have a two-year degree or higher, 60 credits toward a degree, or a passing score on the Minnesota-approved ParaPro test.
