RESPONSIBILITIES, not inclusive.
1. Track and maintain company vehicle fleet
1.1. Keep track of and log vehicle checkout inspections
1.2. Inspect and log weekly vehicle checks
1.3. Coordinate and track medium-long term maintenance
2. Maintain inventory of the team’s facilities supplies and resources (e.g. site inspection iPads, PPE, furniture)
3. Keep contact with Client Facilities staff for the following topics:
3.1. Company facilities space and seating
3.2. Client-provided Office supplies
3.3. Client facilities parking
3.4. Client-issued laptops and other devices
4. Coordinate / conduct onboarding activities.
4.1. Coordinating with Company hiring & contract staff to identify Company members to onboard.
4.2. Coordinate with Client / GC resources to prepare for Company onboarded members (e.g. document control access requests, laptop orders and setup, software license requests)
4.3. Work with onboarded member through badging and site-required training processes
5. Acting as a support resource for Company hiring & contract staff, which may include:
5.1. Weekly hours collection for onsite team members
5.2. Company team-building events
5.3. Company / Client Trainings and Certifications
6. Support Management in organizing meetings online (through Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and / or Zoom) or in-person as needed.
7. Act as a support resource to Company team members and management to ensure they can perform their roles and responsibilities. Examples of support activities:
7.1. Submitting IT tickets for malfunctioning devices
7.2. Distributing procedures / showing members how to apply or submit for trainings & certifications
7.3. Organize and maintain online shared folders
7.4. Organize and populate shared folders with data provided by site team members or management.
8. Ensure that Company is following safety protocols as defined by Client (e.g. onsite team has access to proper PPE, vehicles are in safe working order, team has proper safety training)
9. Maintain documentation that outlines all the responsibilities listed above.
10. Performing walks with current SME personnel
10.1. Constructing and maintaining logs of observations/issues identified within the walks.
10.2. Uploading of data and creation of reports for client review.
10.3. Tracking of logs, updating of logs and escalation of actions required (AR) to all counterparts.
11. Audits of data, submittals/RFI’s within test documents
11.1. Escalation of AR(s) as needed with projected resolutions and logging of corrections.
11.2. Compiling trackers of repetitive short comings for escalation to resolution.
11.3. Communicating with all required counterparts and maintaining current resolutions logs.
12. Meeting creation and organization for multiple discipline SME leads
12.1. Organization, room reservations, coordination with all team members.
12.2. Tracking and reporting to all team members meeting AR(s).
12.3. Closure and/or escalations of all while supplying weekly reports for team members and clients.
13. Software assistance for all team members
13.1. Microsoft 365(Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Excel, Word, Power Points, Notes etc)
13.2. Power BI
13.3. Zoom
13.4. Bluebeam
13.5. GC Software (EIDA, Procore, Hexagon, CxAlloy etc)
14. Perform duties outlined by management in the future.
Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Previous experience on a construction site, preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred.
Must have experience in the construction industry.
40–50-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
