Description

  • The shift is Monday - Friday.
  • The shift hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug test.
  • ServSafe certification is required.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant works with the Project Manager, Regional Manager and Purchasing Director as support for various administrative duties, to include managing reports, processing payments, handling payroll, and maintaining office operations and vendor accounts.


Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the on-site management team.
  • Collects payments for meals provided and tracks daily meal counts for monthly billing.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintains a system for recording expenses.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries.
  • Communicate with Vendors to assist with setting up accounts. 
  • Work with Vendors and Unit Managers to maintain accounts payable. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
